The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) has issued Escudilla Mountain DWID the Approval to Construct Certificate. ADEQ requested some modification to the plans and the updated plans are under the News & Notices tab.
The Federal Programs Committe and the WIFA Board of Directors both agreed to the $550,000 loan with $337,500 forgiveable principal. Great News for our DWID. We should have the funds available by the end of January. The next step is to Advertise for Bids.
